Once your payment is successfully processed, your VIN report will be delivered to the email address you provided within 24 hours. If you do not receive the report within this time frame:

Because our reports are digital and generated instantly from third-party data sources, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand there may be rare cases where issues occur.
We may consider issuing a refund under the following conditions:
You did not receive your report within 24 hours, and
You contacted our support team and we could not deliver the report after investigation.
Our team will investigate your case within 2–3 business days of receiving your complaint and will determine if a refund is applicable.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You entered an incorrect or invalid VIN.
You no longer need the report after purchase.
The report did not contain information you expected, unless the report failed to include standard data fields due to a system error.
